About ExpressPay

ExpressPay is generic payroll software with customisable features that can be used by any company, regardless of its size or type of business. Multi-nationals mean the implementation of multi-currency and multi-country tax and pension policies for each employee. ExpressPay also (optionally) supports a job-based Timesheet salary processing, which ensures that each employee is paid based on defined hourly rates per defined projects (or Jobs). This optional feature turns ExpressPay into a Personal Time-Billing and Job Costing tool. However, the standard fixed monthly payment option is the default option for salary payment.

Apart from its rich and flexible generic features, which allow it to be easily customised to meet special requirements, ExpressPay stands out for its ease of use.

The software comprises two principal, distinct modules—Personnel and Payroll—that are seamlessly integrated to deliver a controlled, secure multi-user experience.

ExpressPay is multi-currency software that processes salaries in employees’ specified currencies and produces reports in multiple currencies. Employers also have the option of selecting between two salary payment options: Fixed Monthly pay and Timesheet-based hourly pay.

Although ExpressPay implements all the standard and special features required for payroll and personnel information management, there is room to further scale up ExpressPay to meet the special requirements of our customers.

Deployment

ExpressPay can be deployed either as a multi-user client-server application on the premises over a Local Area Network (LAN) or as a cloud-based web service.
